  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 16 oz. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 2 small or 1 large can chopped water chestnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. dry parsley
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Thoroughly drain thawed spinach.

    Squeeze to remove any excess moisture.

    Chop with sharp knife through a few times.

    Set aside in strainer.
