- 16 oz. sour cream
- 10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 pkg. vegetable soup mix
- 1 round loaf pumpernickel bread
Directions

1Mix sour cream, spinach and water chestnuts. Add soup mix; stir all together.

2Refrigerate at least one hour.

3Slice top off bread.

4Hollow out center.

5Put dip in bread for serving.

6Use bread from center for dipping, along with vegetables, crackers, etc.
