  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 8 oz. (1 c.) sour cream
  • 8 oz. (1 c.) Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 8 oz. can water chestnuts, diced
  • 1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and chill for 2 hours.

    Serve with pumpernickel bread.
