  • 1 lb. frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and strained
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
  • 1 c. water chestnuts, chopped
  • 3 scallions, diced

Directions

    Squeeze thawed spinach thoroughly, until dry.

    Combine dry soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise, blending all ingredients well.

    Add coarsely chopped water chestnuts and scallions to mixture.

    Mix well and refrigerate.

    Makes 4 cups.
