Spinach Dip In Bread Bowl

- 1 large round loaf French bread
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix (without pasta)
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, rinsed and drained
- 1 pt. low-fat sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Slice top off bread.

2Scoop out inside of bread.

3Cut bread which was scooped out into bite size pieces.

4Set aside.

5Squeeze out spinach.

6Combine with all other ingredients to make dip. Spoon dip into bread.

7Chill until ready to serve or if desired, wrap in aluminum foil and heat at 200° for 2 hours.

8Serve with bite size bread pieces and fresh vegetables.
