Ingredients: 1 pkg. frozen spinach; 30 ml dry bread crumbs; 1 small green onion, minced; 1 egg; 10 ml margarine, melted; 30 ml Parmesan cheese; 1 small clove garlic, minced; 1 ml thyme; 1 ml pepper; 0.5 ml salt; 4 tomato slices; 1 ml garlic salt

30 ml dry bread crumbs

30 ml Parmesan cheese

1 ml thyme
1 ml pepper

4 tomato slices
1 ml garlic salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.

Place spinach, bread crumbs, onion, egg, melted margarine, cheese, garlic, thyme, pepper and salt in a medium bowl.

Arrange tomato slices in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic salt.

Spoon 1/4 spinach mixture onto each tomato slice.

Shape into a dome.

Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes or until set and heated.
