- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (6 or 8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- sliced Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Combine the first 6 ingredients.

2Add the spinach; cover pan and cook until thawed.

3Add the soup and sour cream; mix thoroughly.

4Transfer to buttered casserole.

5Arrange sliced cheese on top.

6Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
