Spinach Fondue

  • 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 6 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 4 oz. water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic juice
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 4 dashes of hot pepper sauce

    Mix cream cheese and sour cream, blending well.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Turn into a baking dish and heat in 350° oven for 30 minutes, until bubbling.

    Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with bread, crackers and vegetables.
