  • a 10-ounce package frozen spinach, cooked, rinsed, and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup bottled mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh chives

Directions

    In a blender puree the spinach with the mayonnaise, the yogurt, the tarragon, and the lemon juice until mixture is smooth and stir in the chives.
