  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 cube melted butter
  • 1 pkg. Cubbinson dressing (2 in box; use 1)
  • 6 eggs, beaten

    Thaw spinach; drain.

    Beat eggs well.

    Add all ingredients. Refrigerate several hours.

    Form into bite size balls.

    Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350° for 20 minutes.

    You can dip them in your favorite dip.
