Spinach Lasagna

  • 1 (16 oz.) container Breakstone's 2% cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c. (3 oz.) Kraft 100% grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 jar (28 oz.) spaghetti sauce (about 2 3/4 c.)
  • 6 lasagna noodles, cooked, drained
  • 1/2 lb. fresh spinach, rinsed, torn (about 6 c. packed)
  • 2 c. Kraft 2% milk reduced fat shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided

Directions

    Mix cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese and egg. Spread 3/4 cup of the sauce in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with 3 lasagna noodles, 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 of the spinach, 1 cup sauce and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.

    Repeat layers.

    Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
