- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 head red tipped leaf lettuce
- 1 head green leaf lettuce
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 pkg. Ramen noodles
- oil
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine romaine, leaf lettuce, onions and celery. Refrigerate.

2Saute Ramen noodles in a little oil.

3Bake almonds in 350° oven until golden, set aside.

4Mix oil, vinegar and sugar. Set aside.

5When ready to serve; toss dressing with greens and add nuts and noodles.
