Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 head red tipped leaf lettuce
  • 1 head green leaf lettuce
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Ramen noodles
  • oil
  • 1/4 c. sliced almonds
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Combine romaine, leaf lettuce, onions and celery. Refrigerate.

    Saute Ramen noodles in a little oil.

    Bake almonds in 350° oven until golden, set aside.

    Mix oil, vinegar and sugar. Set aside.

    When ready to serve; toss dressing with greens and add nuts and noodles.
