- 1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (16 oz.) Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Combine spaghetti sauce mix, tomato paste, tomato sauce and water in saucepan.

2Bring to a boil.

3Remove from heat and set aside.

4Combine eggs, Ricotta or cottage cheese, spinach and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

5Mix well and set aside. Cook noodles and drain.

6Layer noodles, sauce, spinach mixture and Mozzarella cheese.

7Top with remaining Parmesan cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
