  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
  • 2 egg whites

Directions

    Cook and drain spinach.

    Saute together green pepper, onion and oil for 5 minutes.

    Mix Italian seasoning and garlic powder, then add to pepper, onion and oil mixture.

    Add cottage cheese and egg whites to chopped spinach and mix with shredded Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
