Spinach Lasagna

  • 1 qt. spaghetti sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
  • 1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 lb. uncooked lasagna noodles, broken in half

Directions

    Beat eggs. Add Ricotta cheese, spinach and salt. Grease 9 x 13 pan and cover bottom with sauce.

    Layer noodles, cheeses and spinach mixture. Repeat layers. Cover with greased foil. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
