Spinach Lasagna Rolls

- 6 cooked lasagna noodles
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 slightly beaten egg yolk
- Italian dressing or Italian seasoning to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. Romano cheese
Directions

1Drain spinach; squeeze out liquid.

2Microwave spinach until done; drain again.

3Cook beef and onions until brown.

4Drain fat. Stir together cottage cheese, egg, seasonings, garlic and salt. Mix with meat and onions.

5Spread mixture on noodles; roll them up.

6Place seam side down in oblong baking dish.

7Pour tomato sauce over rolls.

8Bake in oven for about 1/2 hour.

9Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.

10Makes an excellent low-fat meal with a tossed salad.
