- 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella
- 4 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 9 uncooked lasagne noodles
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Mix cottage cheese, 2 cups shredded Mozzarella and 1 egg. Drain and squeeze defrosted spinach; add salt, oregano and pepper. In greased 9 x 12-inch dish, spread small amount of sauce, later 1/3 noodles, 1/3 cheese mixture, 1/3 cheese slices and 1/3 sauce. Repeat 2 times more.

2Sprinkle with remaining shredded Mozzarella. Pour water around edges.

3Seal tightly with foil.

4Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.

5Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

6Remove foil and serve.
