Spinach Lasagne

  • 1 8 oz. pkg. of lasagne noodles, cooked
  • 1 16 oz. container of lowfat cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. each of oregano, basil and minced garlic
  • 4 pkgs. of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 4 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced thin
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Mix spices into cottage cheese.

    Layer in a casserole lightly oiled the noodles, cottage cheese, spinach, tomatoes, onion and cottage cheese.

    Repeat.

    Bake at 325°F. for about 30 minutes.
