Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. liquid from spinach
- 1 (6 oz.) roll jalapeno cheese
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- red pepper to taste
- 1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook spinach according to directions.

2Drain spinach and save liquid.

3Melt butter in pan and add flour, stirring until completely blended but not browned.

4Add onion and cook.

5Add milk and liquid from spinach slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

6Cook until smooth and thick.

7Add cheese and rest of seasonings.

8Stir until cheese is melted.

9Combine with cooked spinach.

10Put in casserole dish.

11Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake until warm.
