  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Brown ground round steak and add can of spinach.

    In a separate bowl, beat eggs; add flour and milk blended together. Stir in spinach and meat.

    Bake in a buttered casserole in a moderate (350°) oven for an hour.
