- 300 g extra lean ground beef
- 1 ounce egg white, beaten
- 1 tablespoon skim milk
- 1 tablespoon dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix, Original Blend
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
- 8 spinach leaves, approx
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except spinach in bowl; Turn onto sheet of wax paper or foil.

2Shape into rectangle 12 X 10 inches.

3Arrange spinach leaves evenly on meat leaving 1/2 inch margin around edges.

4Carefully roll up meat, beginning at narrow side and using paper to lift meat.

5Press edges and ends of roll to seal.

6Place in baking dish on middle rack of oven.

7Bake uncovered at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

8Remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes before slicing.
