- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- pinch of nutmeg or mace
- salt to taste
- dash of red pepper
- pepper to taste
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
Directions

1Cook spinach; drain well.

2While still hot, add cream cheese and 1/2 stick of margarine.

3Mix seasoning; add lemon juice. Place in a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle herb dressing on top.

4Melt remaining butter and drizzle over dressing.

5Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.

6Serves 6 to 8.
