- 500 g baking chocolate
- 4 tablespoons water
- 200 g sugar
- 6 eggs, divided
- 150 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash baking powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Melt chocolate with water, set aside.

3Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Cream together sugar, egg yolks and butter.

5Cream in molten chocolate.

6Stir in flour, salt and baking powder.

7Fold in stiff egg whites.

8Pour into greased 9x13'' pan.

9Bake about 25-30 minutes, cut into small cubes while warm.

10Store in airtight container after completely cooled.

11Store in cool place - as they're very moist you can't keep them too long.

12Well, you won't be able to store them long anyway --
