- 1/4 c. spinach puree
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1Cook, drain and puree spinach in the blender.

2Combine spinach puree, egg and salt.

3Stir in gradually the flour, then knead until smooth.

4Place dough in covered container for 30 minutes. Roll out very thin on floured surface.

5Let this dry some, not too dry to roll up.

6Roll up and cut into very thin strips.

7Toss apart and let dry throughly.

8Store in airtight container or let dry at least 2 hours and cook, uncovered, 10 minutes in boiling water.
