  • 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 8 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 3 Cheese Mexicana Cheese
  • sour cream

    Mix 1 pkg.

    (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained , with 1 small onion, chopped, and 8 slightly beaten eggs in large bowl.

    Heat 2 Tbsp.

    oil in large non-stick frypan on medium heat.

    Pour about 1/4 cup egg mixture per pancake.

    Sprinkle 1 Tbsp.

    Kraft 3 Cheese Blend Shredded Cheese on top of each pancake.

    Cook 2 min.

    per side turning once, until pancake is golden brown on each side.

    Top each serving with 2 Tbsp.
