- 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 8 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 3 Cheese Mexicana Cheese
- sour cream

2Mix 1 pkg.

3(300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained , with 1 small onion, chopped, and 8 slightly beaten eggs in large bowl.

4Heat 2 Tbsp.

5oil in large non-stick frypan on medium heat.

6Pour about 1/4 cup egg mixture per pancake.

7Sprinkle 1 Tbsp.

8Kraft 3 Cheese Blend Shredded Cheese on top of each pancake.

9Cook 2 min.

10per side turning once, until pancake is golden brown on each side.

11Top each serving with 2 Tbsp.
