- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. spinach (frozen)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Brown hamburger; drain grease.

3Add mushrooms, salt and pepper.

4Simmer for 5 minutes.

5Add spinach. Simmer until spinach is thawed.

6Drain the juice.

7Add mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic and oregano.

8Put mixture into a lightly buttered baking dish.

9Top with Mozzarella cheese.

10Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
