  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup shortening (Crisco, etc.)
  • water
  • Filling:
  • olive oil
  • 1 lb spinach, washed
  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons dill (fresh or dried)
