  • 2 pie crusts
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 pkg. spinach, thawed (frozen chopped)
  • 1/3 c. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
  • 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • garlic salt/powder to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Hold yolk of 1 egg for top of pie.

    Mix with 1 tablespoon water.

    Stir all other ingredients.

    Put in pie crusts and bake for 1 hour.

    Check pie and bake for 30 minutes longer.
