- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 3/4 lb. Muenster cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs
- salt
- pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
Directions

1Cook spinach according to directions on package.

2Drain well. Press with fork in strainer.

3Beat eggs and add salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, cooled spinach, Ricotta cheese and shredded Muenster.

4Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

5Line greased pan with crescent rolls; put in mixture.

6Form lattice crust on top with extra dough.

7Bake at 350° until dough turns brown.
