  • 1 pkg. Stouffer's spinach souffle, thawed
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. sliced, drained mushrooms
  • 1 lb. Sweet Milo Italian sausage, remove casing
  • 3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese

Directions

    Cook crumbled sausage until brown; drain.

    Mix sausage with all other ingredients and pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
