  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped firm
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can pie filling (blueberry or cherry are best)

Directions

    Whip cream until firm and set aside.

    Whip the next 4 ingredients.

    Fold whipped cream into mixture.

    Spread into crust. Pour pie filling over top.
