- 20 oz. spinach
- 12 oz. mushrooms
- 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder to taste
Directions

1Wash and cut spinach (remove stems).

2Steam for 5 minutes. Drain well and squeeze out all water.

3Wash and cut mushrooms. Saute in oil and garlic powder.

4Mix all ingredients.

5Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350° or until golden.
