- 2 lb. spinach
- 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
- 3/4 lb. butter, melted
- pastry sheets
- 1/2 lb. Feta cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten separately
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Clean and chop spinach and put in large mixing bowl.

2Add cheeses and seasonings.

3Add egg yolks and mix thoroughly.

4Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into spinach mixture.

5Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan and put 6 pastry sheets in pan, brushing each with melted butter.

6Spread spinach mixture evenly and cover with 6 more pastry sheets and butter.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.

8Cut in squares.

9Serve hot or cold.
