Spinach Pie I

- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (well drained)
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 8 Tbsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten (I use Egg Beaters)
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 shakes nutmeg
- Tabasco to taste
Directions

1Mix together and pour into 9-inch uncooked Pet-Ritz pie shell. Generously sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

2Dot with butter and lightly sprinkle with paprika.

3Bake at 350° about 40 minutes. May cover edges of pie crust with foil.
