Spinach Pin Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dip
  • 1/2 c. bacon bits
  • 1 doz. flour tortillas

Directions

    Thaw, drain and squeeze spinach (so it's got the water off it).

    Mix everything together, except tortillas, and add spinach. Spread on tortillas (kind of thick).

    Roll, cover well and refrigerate for 1 to 2 days before serving.

    Cut and serve. (Saran Wrap each roll individually.)
