  • 1/2 c. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. sugar

Directions

    Blend mustard and vinegar in bowl.

    Let stand covered at room temperature overnight.

    Beat egg with sugar, salt and mustard mixture in saucepan.

    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool.

    Blend in mayonnaise.

    Serve as dipping sauce or spread for sandwiches.
