- 1/2 c. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. sugar
Directions

1Blend mustard and vinegar in bowl.

2Let stand covered at room temperature overnight.

3Beat egg with sugar, salt and mustard mixture in saucepan.

4Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Cool.

5Blend in mayonnaise.

6Serve as dipping sauce or spread for sandwiches.
