  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 or 3 oz. imitation bacon bits
  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Ranch Style dressing mix

    Cook, drain and cool spinach.

    Mix together all ingredients, except tortillas.

    Spread on flour tortillas a thin layer of mixture.

    Roll up.

    Put on cookie sheet and cover well.

    Place in refrigerator overnight.

    Cut in 1/2-inch slices with sharp serrated knife.

    Arrange on plate.
