- 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. softened butter
- dash of nutmeg

1Thaw spinach; drain.

2Squeeze out all excess moisture.

4Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Lightly grease baking sheet.

5Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350°.
