- 2 deep dish pie shells
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach
- 2 c. half and half
- Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- salt to taste
- pinch of nutmeg
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain.

2Mix half and half with eggs in a large bowl.

3Season with salt and nutmeg.

4Layer cheese and spinach in pie shells.

5Pour egg mixture over top.

6Bake in 325° oven for 1 hour.

7Spinach can be omitted or tomatoes can be substituted for spinach.
