- 1 1/2 c. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 lb. Ricotta
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1 pie shell (lightly baked)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Cook spinach in butter.

3Drain well and add remaining ingredients.

4Mix well.

5Pour into lightly baked pie shell.

6Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes, until top is lightly brown.
