- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 pkg. spinach souffle (Stouffers)
- 2 tsp. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 3/4 c. cooked sausage, crumbled
- 3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 pie crust, unbaked
Directions

1Mix eggs and milk together.

2Thaw spinach souffle.

3Add to egg and milk mixture.

4Stir in onion and mushrooms.

5Cook sausage, drain.

6Add to egg mixture.

7Mix all.

8Pour into unbaked pie shell.

9Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
