  • 1 pkg. spinach souffle (Stouffers)
  • 2 tsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 pie crust, unbaked

    Mix eggs and milk together.

    Thaw spinach souffle.

    Add to egg and milk mixture.

    Stir in onion and mushrooms.

    Cook sausage, drain.
