  • 1 box Frozen Spinach
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 whole Red Onion
  • 6 strips Bacon, Cooked And Crumbly
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

    Start by thawing out your spinach.

    You want to squeeze all the moisture out of it by putting it into a dish towel and squeezing with all your might.

    Beat four eggs with a wire whisk and then whisk in the cream.

    Chop onions finely.

    Dump the onions, crumbly bacon, cheeses and spinach into the bowl and mix well.

    Then pour the mixture into a greased 9 pie plate.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
