  • 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. onion, minced
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
