- 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (9-inch) partially cooled pie shell
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. half and half
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Spread 3/4 of cheese and spinach on the bottom of pie shell. Beat the cream, eggs and salt together until frothy.

2Pour over cheese and spinach.

3Sprinkle with remaining cheese and dot with butter.

4Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until pie is set. Serves 6.
