Breakfast Cornbread Casserole

- 32 ounces cornbread mix sweet
- 1/2 bag crumbles Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup onion flakes or 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat over to 400*. Grease or oil an 11x11 baking pan.

2Chop vegetables and place to the side.

3Prepare cornbread mix according to directions. Add 1/4 cup milk for extra moist cornbread.

4Add 1/2 bag of Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage Crumbles, chopped veggies, and shredded mild cheddar cheese to cornbread mixture. Stir thoroughly.

5Bake at 400* or until toothpick comes out clean and cheese is melted (but not burned).

6Let cool for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
