  • 3/4 lb. fresh spinach, trimmed and torn
  • 1/4 lb. fresh watercress, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced

Directions
