- 3/4 lb. fresh spinach, trimmed and torn
- 1/4 lb. fresh watercress, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
Directions

1Combine spinach, watercress, radishes and onion in a large salad bowl.

2Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.

3Pour dressing over salad; toss lightly.
