  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 medium onions chopped
  • 10 ounces bay leaves frozen
  • 1 each spinach defrosted
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup rice uncooked
  • 1 x salt and black pepper to taste

Directions
