- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley salad dressing
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 6 stalks green onions, chopped or 1/2 small round onion, chopped
- 1/2 jar or more bacon bits
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except tortillas.

2Let set for an hour before spreading on tortillas.

3Roll up tightly in jelly roll fashion.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Slice and serve.

6To soften tortillas, place over burner on low.

7Keep turning until soft. Spread filling; be sure to spread filling on edge of tortillas. When refrigerating rolls, cover well or place in a covered container.
