  • 1 1/2 lb. fresh spinach
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 6 slices lean bacon
  • 1/3 c. corn oil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley

    Pick over the spinach and remove any tough stems and blemished leaves.
