- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 2 qt. fresh spinach, loosely filled
- 1/4 c. grated carrots
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 1/8 tsp. onion salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions

1Toast almonds at 400° for 5 minutes, until light brown. Combine all except almonds.

2Marinate several hours in refrigerator.

3Add almonds just before serving.
